This coaching program's purpose is to help you make as much muscle as possible in the less amount of time. I will teach you 3 years of knowledge in a single bundle and we'll abord every single problem you're facing. This program has a lenght of 1 month, and is going to be divided in four phases :

No. Training itself is not the product of stunt growth. Injury is though and that's what I'm preventing you in this coaching. If you don't train like a retard (meaning ego-lifting and using improper form) your going to grow just as you should.
